I am an independent barrister. In the New Zealand system a barrister is usually instructed by an instructing solicitor. I can be instructed directly in certain circumstances and this allows direct instruction by overseas lawyers.

I am available to accept appointments as an arbitrator or mediator in commercial disputes. I am also available to arbitrate or mediate sporting disputes and sit on disciplinary matters arising in sport.
